Volume 4 of our most popular series. Azacca, Comet, and German Mandarina Bavaria hops give this hot potato a blast of mango and tangerine. Low bitterness, medium acidity, medium-light bodied, and our first cider to EVER be bottled!!
Sometimes things just work out. We had an early freeze in the midwest, which ruined a lot of the local apple crop, but that didn't stop KC Cider Co! We took those frozen apples and fermented them! The product is this complex, dry, imperial-style cider. Cheers!
