Hopped compressed

So Hopped Right Now vol 2

7.8% ABV
Mosaic, Citra, Ekuanot Hops

This is a delicate bouquet of fruity aromas, citrus mouth-feel, and a slightly bitter finish, made in the style and fashion of the New England style, hazy IPAs, but without the grain bill.

This Hop-Infused Cider is a true work of art. There are a few folks doing "hoppy ciders" these days, but you won't find one as balanced and pleasant as ours in the Midwest. We carefully balanced the hops to create a balanced aroma and flavor without taking away from what the cider has to say.

Tasting notes: Fresh, Citrus, Grapefruit, Lemongrass

Prohibition compressed

Prohibition-Style Dry Cider

7.5% ABV

Local Varietals

This cider uses what is locally available, when it is available. This means that every time you pour a tulip of this baby will be a slightly different experience, met with a new consistency, mouthfeel, and even flavor profile.

Cider is wine, apple-wine to be exact. Just as your favorite grape-wines change with every vintage, so does cider. We'll keep this page updated with tasting notes for the most recent editions. That way you can still impress your friends when you pick up on that slight hint of banana on the nose due to the naturally occurring fruity oils in the fermentation process (by the way, this is one of the features of the newest edition. You're welcome).

Tasting notes (updated 10/31/17): Let breathe for 45 seconds, slight astringency, low-medium tannin, apple, banana, acid comes through

Pairing notes: Pork chops, Cubanos, Sausage, Stir-Fry, White meat-central meals

Cranberry Orange Peel Cider

Tart Cranberry-Orange Peel

This tart, fruity compilation has been fun to create. Expect a slight red hue to the cider, a bit of haze, and plenty of pucker to go around!

But where can I get it?
