Sometimes things just work out. We had an early freeze in the midwest, which ruined a lot of the local apple crop, but that didn’t stop KC Cider Co! We took those frozen apples and fermented them! The product is this complex, dry, imperial-style cider. Cheers!

Additional NotesIt's hot outside. Nothing better to cool down than a fresh, beachy cider. A tart punch, smoothed out by a smooth coconut base notes. Throw some fresh fruit in there or a shot of your favorite summer liquor to really set it off (hint, rum goes very well with this cider)
